We are delighted to announce that, following a strategic review of the business, we are making some exciting changes to strengthen our long term business plan.
Starting on the 1st May and rolling out over the next few months we will be introducing our new brand for the business. We are also upgrading to a new IT system incorporating; accounts, CRM and ‘helpdesk’ systems which will help us to improve our service our customers.
Why are we changing?
We want our brand to represent the business ethos of delivering a modern and ethical approach and together with our corporate values (PASSIONATE – SERVICE – DELIVERY) we want to be seen as a leading quality service provider.
We want to improve the service to our customers, making sure that they are getting the best service possible. Our new systems will help us manage our performance better so we can anticipate and respond better to the needs of our customers.
